To confirm your reservation, a one-night stay plus applicable taxes and fees is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged for all nights booked.
The initial one-night deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows are charged for the full reservation amount.
We strongly recommend reviewing your travel dates carefully before confirming your reservation.
Check-In: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM If you plan to arrive outside of this window, please contact in advance to make arrangements.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early arrivals or late departures may be accommodated based on availability and prior approval.
Secure bike storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
For the safety and cleanliness of all guests, bikes are not permitted inside guest rooms.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
All rooms are strictly non-smoking
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
Parking is available for registered guests
We are a small village property and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
We welcome pets in select rooms, provided the following policies are strictly followed.
Dog Fee
A $10.00 per night Dog fee applies.
Certified guide dogs are exempt from this fee.
Pets must be declared at the time of reservation.
Dogs must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in guest rooms or in the courtyard under any circumstances.
If a pet is left unattended and the owner cannot be reached, the pet may be removed from the room and a $25.00 per hour dog sitting fee will be charged.
Owners must provide a valid emergency cell phone number at check-in.
Dogs must be well-behaved and under control at all times
Dogs must be leashed while on property
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
Any damage caused by a dog is the full responsibility of the owner and may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
These policies are in place to protect the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests while preserving the relaxed village atmosphere that makes The Village Motel special.
